Something Special Bouquet with Vase

Absolutely beautiful Bouquet with vase. Perfect gift for any occasion flowers were beautiful lovely summer tones.

This arrived at my friends and she sent a photo and I noticed that the yellow roses looked a tad wilted do I phoned customer service who dealt with my complaint in an excellent manner and resolved the matter by sending a replacement vase of beautiful flowers to my friend who was delighted with them I would add that my friend was not aware that I had complained but she was more than delighted with the flowers

These flowers did not last 3 days , properly watered and fed but just wilted within days

Bought these for a relatives 80th birthday celebration. When I saw them I felt a bit disappointed, not the usual M&S quality. Some of the flowers had wilted within a couple of days of delivery. However I do recognise that it has been unusually hot, so that may have accounted for this. The recipient did seem very happy with them so had the desired effect, but unfortunately not from the person who bought them.

Poor quality flours and small amount for the money. I can go to Nunhead Gardener (my local florist), and get a far superior bouquet for a similar price. I've also noticed the reliably good food quality has plummeted, and is now very poor. My grandmother, who held a signior position at M&S, working directly with Michael Marks and Tom Spencer, would be saddened by the drop in quality. Generations of our family would shop at M&S, but no more. I now go to Riverford for my food. By dropping the quality of your products, you loose the one competitive edge you had over rivals.

I am quite disappointed with the bouquet which my Father In Law Received, I was in Tears with Embarrassment, as I thought these Flowers might be similar to the Picture Advertised. Lovely Vase though. Maybe supplier ran out of Yellow Roses etc & another flower was not included. It's been too warm to play complaining game. I have been let down big time...!

The recipient said the bouquet was lovely but delivery was not good. It was left in the porch altthough the householder was at home, a particularly annoying current trait with couriers especially in the case of flowers
