Exceptional! Absolutely delicious moist carrot cake. Frosting was generous and delicious with the addition of crushed pistachios. Excellent value at £30. Huge amount of cake for the price & the best bit… it was pre sliced, so easy to serve. It made a fantastic centre piece for my husband’s big birthday. Cannot recommend enough.. well done M&S

Not wanting a traditional ‘ birthday cake ‘ after reading the great reviews for this and M & S sandwich platters were already ordered, decided to go with this cake for my partners 75th birthday do. We were not disappointed, well presented on a silver board, individually sliced into 14, large slices which easily could slice again, making life easy with the preparations . A beautiful ,moist tasty ,carrot cake, which was received with so many compliments. Very well priced ,quality cake thank you M & S.

Got my order in just in time. Got worried it wouldn't be ready, but got one email on day of collection (day B4 birthday party) to collect. Shop no longer has collection counter. Supposed to ask any member of staff. Did so. We ended up in collection area where cakes were stored ( though not ours had to go and find it!). Didn't open cake until party. Nicely sectioned in equal pieces, making cutting easy. Everyone loved the taste. Generous portions, with real carrots, hint of spice and not too much butter icing.

I bought it for my son’s 30th Birthday. We had to travel a couple of hours away and the party was the next day. So it was perfect that it said not to be placed in the fridge as we were staying in a hotel. Everyone commented on how moist and tasty it was.
