Annie with different sleeves
Originally posted on www.whitestuff.com
I bought this because I already have the Annie embroidered longline shirt which I really like. I thought it would be nice to have the same style shirt in navy blue. Unfortunately, the sleeves on this one are a different material which I don’t like. The embroidered version is a Jersey cotton all over. It’s comfortable and easy to wear. The Navy version has cotton sleeves with no stretch or flexibility. I kept the top because I think I will still get good use out of it but wouldn’t have bought it if I knew the sleeves were this material (I bought online and wasn’t aware).

Longer than I thought even knowing it was long!

No, I don't recommend this
Unfortunately this style isn't for me. I wanted a shirt that covered my stomach area (because a lot of styles are very short and boxy at the moment) but it turns out it's far too long. It did cover my stomach but it also sat on my bottom and highlighted that! I do like the stretchy cotton fabrics for these shirts and I recommend them. This, however, was not flattering for my shape and I had to return it for a shorter version and just put up with my stomach showing :-(

NIce shirt but very thin material

A nice shirt in design and fit, but let down by very thin jersey material that shows everything underneath, even though in a dark blue colour... not a good look!...
