Gorgeous but poor quality

I absolutely love the design but it arrived beautifully boxed but broken. This was returned and a second purchased which when I opened was perfect until I removed the item tag and the glue removed a chunk of the glaze! Sadly I think it’s poor quality but I am away and won’t be back in time to return it

A really nice stylish vase. Unusual shape. Only niggle is it’s so tall! It really only holds very long stemmed roses or lillies for a balanced display. A normal mixed bunch of flowers would get lost on the inside.

I bought the vase as a treat to myself. I love the shape as it holds the flowers well. The only down side is that the surface of the vase appears to have no protective glazing (which I can see has been left for a more natural effect, which appealed to me). However I feel in time that picking the vase up regularly to fill and dispose of flowers can potentially get marked. There was quite a well stuck on label which came with the vase and left some glue residue as I tried to pick it off. It has left a bit of a grey mark! I will have to find a way of cleaning it without damaging the vase. A ‘clear’ cleaning product of some description will have to be found! Any suggestions?
