Purchased this chocolate cake for my husband’s 75th birthday. He usually makes all our cakes but he couldn’t make his own! I knew M&S wouldn’t let me down. The cake arrived when it should have and was in a large cardboard cake box. The cake was decorated exactly as the picture online. The cake itself was beautiful, nice texture sponge not too light nor heavy, just perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another cake for a special occasion. It was a great size too, some of us got a second slice!
