Sent for a Birthday gift when we couldn’t be there in person. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered flowers or plants online as they can be very disappointing. The big green box was huge, very solid construction , typical of the quality you would expect from M&S. Loved the green real ribbon tie, it added to a sense of occasion. A proper card and care instructions accompanied the dormant plant, which has opened up with the most gorgeously fragrant oriental lilies.
