Linen Viscose Blend Collarless Jacket

Beautiful linen collarless jacket just what I needed for on top of a dress for a funeral

I bought this to update my summer wardrobe as I haven’t bought much summer clothing for a couple of years. I don’t do prints much. The last two dresses I bought were the midi t shirt types in black and one green. I wax also attracted by the emphasis on it not creasing on your case. So far I have only worn the jacket. I love it and have had compliments when I’ve worn it. I’ve worn it with jeans and ankle grazer black trousers. I’m looking forward to wearing the suit on holiday later in the year and to trying the jacket open over a white shirt. I ordered 14 short/petite in the trousers and 14 in the jacket. They both fit me very well and make me look much slimmer than I am. I wish there were more colour options such as a dusky pink or a creamy beige. The jacket has been crease free. Hope the trousers are the same.

I bought it specifically to go over a dress for a summer wedding I am sure I will find other uses for it

Smart lined jacket. Boxy cut very flattering when paired with matching trousers. Cut of sleeves rather wide from shoulder to elbow. Fabric (viscose with flax) doesn't seem to crease quite so much as pure linen. Comes up larger than stated size. Would love to see another colour. Nonetheless, would recommend.

I’d been looking for a jacket and trousers set for ages, something between casual and formal, and was pleased to find these. What a disappointment - the body of the jacket fitted well but the sleeves were far too long and too wide at the top. Unfortunately the jacket and trousers have been returned. Why do all M&S jackets come with sleeves so long nowadays? My friends all have this problem, not just me.
