At first I was worried these were too small, but after testing on an interval run, the fit is perfect. Stayed in place, no riding up. Very comfortable, no digging in or having to adjust while running.

The pockets are a fantastic addition as it means I can run without a running belt which frees up my waist. The inner shorts did ride up a bit, but caused no issues.

The sizing comes in 8-10 or 12-14, so if you are a 10-12 normally neither size works. I opted for the 12-14 and the shorts were too loose and constantly rode up in the inner layer and so I spent the whole run pulling the legs down. It’s a real shame these don’t come in single sizes like 8, 10, 12 etc.
