Great jacket - shame about the packaging
This is a beautiful jacket. Very delicate and well made. Unfortunately M&S distribution (or Monsoon) really don't know how to pack a delicate item like this. It shouldn't be packed in a plastic bag so it can fall into a screwed up lump full of creases. You cannot iron something like this. so I will have to hang it in the bathroom and hope the creases fall out. Please can retailers/manufacturers try better for delicate or expensive items and use acid free tissue paper and a box as you would for a wedding dress.
