You only need a small amount as the consistency is lovely and thick, I’d definitely recommend this, even on its own as a conditioner as it makes your hair feel nourished and hydrated.

The conditioner is really moisturising and i found myself being able to use a lot less product than i normally would. The pre-shampoo helped a lot too as it meant i could get every strand of my hair with far less product. My hair felt really moisturised and healthy after.
